Guided meditations, offered virtually (audio or video) or in-person; classes; workshops.

List of offerings:

  • Guided meditations, live on Zoom, audio recordings, or in-person; sessions can be 15 minutes, 30 minutes or an hour

  • Guided meditations, live on Zoom or in-person, followed by an open discussion with participants for community connection

  • Guided breathing practice to de-stress and settle the nervous system; 15-minute, 30-minute or hour sessions; with or without open discussion with participants for community connection

  • Book Club meditation, with a short practice inspired by the book (more here)

  • Hybrid guided meditation and support group

  • Getting Started with Mindfulness introduction class, with short guided meditation

  • Self-care workshop, with guided meditation

  • Writing and journaling workshop, with guided meditation

  • Meditate and create workshops: guided meditation followed by art or craft activity (collaging, painting, writing, more)

  • Retreat programming (half-day or full-day)
